We cannot play some webradio channels in our BOSE Soundtouch system. We get the message that the system cannot play the specific channel, as for example Rix FM (Umeå, which is a Swedish channel that we according to BOSE support should be able to play).

Based on what I know about online streaming, it might be possible that the software you're using to lack support for the streaming codec used by the radio that's broadcasting because not all streams are the same. You should check the help section of your software to see what are the supported streams. For example, Winamp doesn't have support for MPEG streams, and sometimes it says that can't recognize the codecs.
